Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and clearance reasons. These include:

- Intimate apparel (such as hosiery or garter belts)
- Personal accessories (like earrings)
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@midnightsiren.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll issue a refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Wrong or Damaged Items
Received the wrong item or something damaged? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and clear photos so we can fix it quickly.
